Cincinnati Champions Cup Teams,
Hello and welcome to the 2025 Champions Cup!
Kings Hammer SBD is excited to welcome all teams to the Cincinnati Champions Cup. The Champions Cup provides participating teams with an opportunity to play multiple games over Labor Day weekend providing early season opportunities to play multiple games in one weekend.
In this event guide, you will find all the information you need for this year’s event including links to schedules, facility maps, and local area attractions to visit while you are in town. Please take a moment to look through the guide. We also ask that you forward this link to all your players and families, so they have this information for the weekend. The link is mobile friendly as well so they can pull it up on their phone and refer to it throughout the event. We hope you have a chance to enjoy all that Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky have to offer while you are here.

Awards
Awards will be given to the Champion and Finalist in each of the divisions after the Championship Match. Please send one representative from your team to the large white headquarters tent located near fields 8 and 10 at Warren Count Sports Park at the conclusion of your Championship Match to collect awards. There will be back drops and banners available to take pictures.
If your team is in a Group of 5, the top two teams in the bracket will be awarded medals. We will do our very best to get those to you while still at the complex, however, there may be a situation that another game in your bracket will still need to be played in order to determine Champion and Finalist.
Athletic Trainers
Trainers will be located at Warren County Sports throughout the weekend in case your child needs to be evaluated for an injury. They will be positioned throughout the park under event tents with “Medical” flags next to them. If a player should need any pregame taping it is the player/team’s responsibility to provide necessary supplies and it will be at the trainer’s discretion on whether they will be attending to preventative measures.

Weather Updates
In the event of inclement weather, we will update our website with details on the field status. If anything changes from a weather or field standpoint for the weekend we will inform all Coaches and Team Managers as listed in the GotSport system. Please make sure to update your team contact information if you have not already done so.

All games will be played at Warren County Sports Park:
Fields 1 thru 4: Use 1408 St. Rt. 741, Lebanon, OH 45036 (Gate 1)
Fields 5 thur 12: Use 1408 St. Rt. 741, Lebanon, OH 45036 (Gate 2)
Fields 15 thru 18: Use 3021 Greentree Rd., Lebanon, OH 45036 (Gates 3 & 4)
Event Merchandise
Apparel will be set up at the Simax Sports Merchandise Tent at Warren County Sports Park located between Fields 8 and 10. They will be under the Simax branded tent with a large flag in front marked “Merchandise”.
