Hello and welcome to the 2026 Crown Challenge presented by OrthoCincy!
Kings Hammer SBD is excited to welcome over 650 teams from across the country and internationally to compete in the Crown Challenge.
The Crown Challenge will be hosted at the Warren Co Sports Park in Lebanon, OH, McClure Sports Complex in Lebanon, OH, Voice of America Park in West Chester, OH, and several off sites in the Greater Cincinnati area! All facilities provide high-quality playing surfaces along with convenience to many local attractions for teams and families.
In this event guide, you will find all the information you need for this year’s event including links to schedules, facility maps, and local area attractions to visit while you are in town. Please take a moment to look through the guide. We also ask that you forward this link to all your players and families, so they have this information for the weekend. The link is mobile friendly as well so they can pull it up on their phone and refer to it throughout the event. We hope you have a chance to enjoy all that Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky have to offer while you are here.
NEW this year is our Mother’s Day tribute throughout the weekend as we aim to help you create Mother’s Day memories together. We will have a photo area where teams can capture photos at a unique Mother’s Day photo background with their moms! Lastly, all moms can enter to win a gift basket curated just for them! Moms can fill out a raffle ticket with their name and phone number at the headquarters tents at one of our three sites. Limit one raffle ticket per person! Keep an eye out for an email with more information!

Awards
Awards will be given to the Champion and Finalist in each of the divisions after the Championship Match. You will send one representative from your team to the headquarters tent located closest to your field at the conclusion of your Championship Match to collect awards. There will be pop up banners available to take pictures. Please note that we will send team managers and coaches specific pickup instructions for medals on Sunday morning of the event!
Athletic Trainers
Trainers will be located at McClure Sports Complex, Voice of America Park and Warren County Sports Park throughout the weekend in case your child needs to be evaluated for an injury. They will be positioned throughout the park under event tents with “Medical” flags next to them. This is a large event, please be patient with the trainers. They will be assisting as quickly as possible and will be treating players on an as needed basis. If a player should need any pregame taping it is the player/team’s responsibility to provide necessary supplies and it will be at the trainer’s discretion on whether they will be attending to preventative measures.

In the event of inclement weather, we will inform all Coaches and Team Managers as listed in the GotSport system. Please make sure to update your team contact information, if you have not already done so.

Voice of America Park (Field MAP) See Below for Field Addresses
Fields 1-6, 21-25: Use the Cox Road Entrance
Fields 16-20: Use New Tylersville Rd Entrance (right turn in and right turn out only)
Fields 7-15: Use Butler-Warren Entrance (right turn in and right turn out only)
Cox Road Address: 7850 VOA Park Drive, West Chester, OH 45069
Tylersville Road Entrance Address (right turn in/right turn out only): 8150 Tylersville Rd West Chester, OH 45069 (IMPORTANT – this address is the closest address to the new Tylersville Rd entrance. If entered into Google Maps, it may take you to the National Voice of America Broadcasting Museum right by the VOA entrance on Crosley Blvd. DO NOT ENTER THERE. The VOA Park entrance is just east of that entrance.)
Butler-Warren Entrance Address (right turn in/right turn out only): Sunset View Dr, West Chester Township, OH 45044 (IMPORTANT – this address does not show up in Apple Maps. It only works in Waze and Google Maps. If you are using Apple Maps, do not use this address).
Parking Pass at VOA: There are daily parking passes required for all matches played at Voice of America Park. Every vehicle must purchase a pass. This includes players who drive separately. Passes can be purchased in advance for $8 per day. This INCLUDES up until you reach the exit. For anyone purchasing at the exit, it will be $10 per day. For the Crown Challenge, passes can be purchased through the online box office found HERE and will be available at 8:00am on Monday, May 4th.
Once purchased, a QR code will be sent to your inbox. Passes will be scanned upon exiting the park. If you are returning to the park that day, please make sure you get a ticket from the parking staff to avoid being recharged for your next visit.
All traffic will need to enter from Cox Road, Butler Warren, or the new Tylersville Road gate. Please note that both the Butler Warren and the Tylersville Gate are right turn in and right turn out only.
Large vehicles/buses: Any large buses and RVs should enter through Cox Road and park in the Grey Lot. This gravel lot has a wide turnaround and is located behind the Yellow Lot, near fields 23–25. All lots are color-coded and marked with matching flags—the Grey Lot will have a grey flag flying overhead for easy identification.
Warren County Sports Park (Field MAP) – See Below for Field Addresses – There is no fee for parking at this site.
Fields 1 thru 4: Use 1408 St. Rt. 741, Lebanon, OH 45036 (Gates 1)
Fields 5 thru 12: Use 1408 St. Rt. 741, Lebanon, OH 45036 (Gates 2)
Fields 13 thru 16: Use 3021 Greentree Rd., Lebanon, OH 45036 (Gate 3)
Fields 17 thru 18: Use 3021 Greentree Rd., Lebanon, OH 45036 (Gate 4)
McClure Sports Complex (Field MAP) – There is no fee for parking at this site.

Event Merchandise
Multiple ASO merchandise tents will be set at Voice of America Park, Warren County Sports Park and McClure Sports Complex. There will be staff onsite, Saturday through Sunday 7:00AM-6:00PM. If you would rather save yourself some time.
