Hello and welcome to the 2025 Cincy Challenge!
Kings Hammer SBD is excited to welcome teams to compete in the Cincy Challenge.
In this event guide, you will find all the information you need for this year’s event including links to schedules, facility maps, and local area attractions to visit while you are in town. Please take a moment to look through the guide. We also ask that you forward this link to all your players and families, so they have this information for the weekend. The link is mobile friendly as well so they can pull it up on their phone and refer to it throughout the event. We hope you have a chance to enjoy all that Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky have to offer while you are here.

THE CINCY CHALLENGE FUN ZONE
Stop by our Fun Zone are near the headquarter tents at VOA and Warren County Sports Park to experience games and entertainment for the whole family.

Awards
Awards will be given to the Champion and Finalist in each of the divisions after the Championship Match. Please send one representative from your team to the headquarter tents at Warren County Sports Park and VOA. There will be a green awards flag located in front of the tent. There will also be pop up banners and backdrops available to take pictures.
Athletic Trainers
Trainers will be located at Warren County Sports and VOA throughout the weekend in case your child needs to be evaluated for an injury. They will be positioned throughout the park under event tents with “Medical” flags next to them. If a player should need any pregame taping it is the player/team’s responsibility to provide necessary supplies and it will be at the trainer’s discretion on whether they will be attending to preventative measures.

Weather Updates
In the event of inclement weather, we will inform all Coaches and Team Managers as listed in the GotSport system. Please make sure to update your team contact information if you have not already done so.

All games will be played at Warren County Sports Park and Voice of America (VOA).

Before leaving Voice of America, make sure you have purchased a parking pass. Around the park there are signs with QR codes you can scan, or you may click here to purchase online.
Event Merchandise
Apparel will be available at the Simax Sports Merchandise Tents at Warren County Sports Park and VOA. There will be a merchandise flag in front of the red Simax tents.
