In this event guide, you will find all the information you need for this year’s event including links to schedules, facility maps, and local area attractions to visit while you are in town. Please take a moment to look through the guide. We also ask that you forward this link to all your players and families, so they have this information for the weekend. The link is mobile friendly as well so they can pull it up on their phone and refer to it throughout the event. Awards
Awards will be given to the Champion and Finalist in each of the divisions after the Championship Match. Please send one representative from your team to the Kings Hammer SBD tent at the conclusion of your Championship Match to collect awards. Awards will be available at each location for pick-up.
Athletic Trainers
Trainers will be located at each facility throughout the weekend in case your child needs to be evaluated for an injury. They will be positioned throughout the park under event tents with “Medical” flags next to them. If a player should need any pregame taping it is the player/team’s responsibility to provide necessary supplies and it will be at the trainer’s discretion on whether they will be attending to preventative measures.
Weather Updates
All weather or field updates for the weekend will be updated on GotSport. Please be certain all Coaches and Team Managers are listed in the GotSport system. Please make sure to update your team contact information if you have not already done so.
